Darion Suhatek has been created in the year ???? on the planet of Omtat Siat within the heart of the Great Cooperative. He was assigned to serve at the capital city and quickly became the Limited First One of one of the sections of the capital. After serving for some years, he was appointed to be the First One of the capital itself, a most honorable place. Later, he had to abandon this post to become the First One of the whole planet. At this time, Belian Sarotek was the First One of the Inhabited System of Omtat. Because of the central importance of Omtat Siat, Suhatek would often partake in official meetings of the higher administrative staff of the Great Cooperative; as both the First One of the capital city and later Omtat Siat itself, he played an essential role during every gathering of the administrators, as he had to officially allow them to enter his domain.
After the Crisis of Aliset had been resolved peacefully, war between the Great Cooperative and the Terran Government had been averted for now. However, the Jarepatitava began to arm themselves, and as one of the first measures, an elite guard of the Great Cooperative's armed forces was deployed at Omtat to protect the capital. As Suhatek freshly had been assigned the First One of the planet, Sarotek gave command of the forces to him.
Ongoing trouble with marauding forces around the Hatach Inhabited System at the border of the Terran Government's territory finally brought the Cooperative's First One Dahakon to mass the majority of the fleet at Hatach. Sarotek responded to the call, transferring temporary power over the Inhabited System to Suhatek. Shortly before the fleet was attacked at Hatach, he ordered Suhatek to join the assembled forces. Arriving just in time, the elite guard destroyed nearly the whole enemy force. But in the meantime, the defenseless capital on Omtat Siat itself was destroyed.
Suhatek was enraged to have lost Omtat Siat, and he openly put the blame on Sarotek, who had drawn him from the capital. But as this move had won the battle of Hatach, Sarotek's move was approved of by most of the administrators of the Great Cooperative. In order to give Suhatek an opportunity to quench his anger, the temporary First One of the Great Cooperative, Marakon, gave him a strike force to seek out and destroy the terrorist home planet, that had been revealed with the help of Leah Dumont.
Within two months, a huge fleet arrived within the system of the terrorists, encircling the only habitable planet while cleaning out any spatial installations. Then Suhatek ordered total obliteration of the planets surface. For two weeks, the greater part of the fleet bombarded the surface, while other ships moved asteroids from their orbit and brought them close to the planet. In a final strike, Suhatek set them to a collision course towards the planet's surface, where they not only made the surface inhabitable for the next decades, but also destroyed deep entrenchments due to the tectonic activity that was produced by several massive impacts. After that, he returned home to the construction site of the reconstruction of the capital.
At the capital, Suhatek was elected by the Inhabited Systems of Askenja to serve as their first one to replace Marakon, who was confirmed to serve as the First One of the Great Cooperative. In order to better prepare for future threats, Suhatek was further given the task to build an intelligence service for the Cooperative, named Dramoon. He was also charged with supervising the future development of the military, as especially the fleet was found to not yet fit the needs of combat. This and his long campaign to destroy the terrorists as well as his performance in the Battle of Hatach gave him strong ties to the military, and he became a fervent advocate of further armament, wanting to prepare for a full scale war with the Terran Government. Within high administrative circles, he began to voice for the possibility to lead a preemptive strike at the Terrans, and he further optimized the military towards a mobile, coordinated and deadly force putting a focus on strike capabilities rather than defense.
After the Battle of Hatach, Suhatek began to form alliances among the First Ones of the Inhabited System within the Great Council. He became the leader of a faction that stood for a strong military and a more aggressive foreign policy, especially towards the Terran Government. He openly considered the human race to be inferior to the Jarepativa.
He wanted to give the higher Organizational Units more power and asked more allegiance of the lower units to the higher, and to the "values of the Great Cooperative"; values he primarily saw to be strength and dominance over everything natural.
His movement was strong within the heartland of the Great Cooperative, especially Askenja and Mateko.
As the new Commissioner for the Armed Forces of the Great Cooperative, he continued the work that had begun after the Crisis of Aliset - to reform the military and develop it from a representative force aimed on defense to an effective strike force aimed at offensive operations. He continued to outfit the fleet with new ship designs aimed at maneuverability and speed. He essentially decommissioned the entire Patras line of the fleet, replacing it by the much more agile Pensantavo which became the mainstay of the fleet. To replace the Haratkan class and to serve as flagships of the military and the civil branch, he is developing a new class, the Perato. He also greatly enhanced the fleet's strength, and balanced it more towards a multitude of smaller ships with only a few massive command ships.
Suhatek has also put much attention to further the widespread of modular designs. In times of war, the Cooperative economy is expected to be able to virtually construct, outfit and repair all ship types at every shipyard.
